Job description

Keystone is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization in York County, South Carolina. We offer internationally accredited and licensed services including education, prevention and treatment to meet the needs of individuals, families, and groups that are experiencing alcohol and/or drug related problems. We are seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor to join our team. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS for ALL CLINICAL Supervisor:

 
1.      Coordinate day-to-day operations for clinical programs/ groups as assigned by Treatment Director(s) to regulations and standards: 
2.      Develop/revise/implement a clinical supervision plan to include one-to-one supervision with in-process clinical staff.  The clinical supervision plan should work in conjunction with Keystone Privileging policies and procedures.  All supervision activity, needs, and progress should be documented and kept up-to-date in individual Privileging files. Copies will be provided to the Treatment Director.  This information should be shared with the Privileging Chair, who is responsible for maintaining all records. 
3.      Provide supervision to certified staff as needed. 
4.      Provide all core functions as defined by SCAADAC, as needed, to include conducting assessments, providing individual therapy, and running groups.  Acts as back-up to supervisees, covering those assigned tasks when supervisees are out.  
5.      Assist in the development and implementation of internal training plans for those assigned supervisees. 
6.      Provide new employees with the necessary clinical orientation. 
7.      Provide leadership in clinical treatment team and program specific staffing’s to ensure patient placement in appropriate levels of care and consistent clinical programs implementation. 
8.       Supervise staff and provides clinical oversight for programs under Treatment Director’s supervision, including interns.  Ensures that all documentation, including that of supervisees, meets the standards required by licensing, regulatory, and accreditation agencies. 
9.      Work closely with the Treatment Director to coordinate program development and expansion. 
10.      Provide the Treatment Director with written monthly reports on each program supervised, as well as written reports on each supervision session.  The supervisor will also provide Treatment Director with copies of written supervision plans for each staff supervised. 
11.      Coordinate coverage for program staff and, in collaboration with the out-patient administrator, approves leave requests, verifying coverage. 
12.      Obtain and maintain a working knowledge of ASAM, PPC-2R and DSM- 5 criteria for substance use disorders. 
13.       Acquire/maintain credentialing as ADC, AADC, CS, in state of SC and NCAC or MAC through national accreditation.  LAC, LPC, LICSW-CP preferred. 


Compensation: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
